Renzo Frandolič went to "Primož Trubar" grammar school in Gorizia where the teaching language was slovene - in 1979 he did the school-leaving axamination with full marks i.e. 60/60.

In the academic year 1979/80 Renzo Frandolič enrolled modern languages (german department) at the faculty of arts in Trieste. After having passed seven exams he withdrew and enrolled the law school in the academic year 1981/82. He graduated in commercial law on december 6, 1990. He discussed his graduation thesis entitled "Business goodwill" (Avviamento commerciale) with Prof. Giampaolo De Ferra.

Prof. Renzo Frandolič obtained his qualifications to teach law studies and economics at secondary schools with slovene as a teaching language by winning a competition in Trieste in 1991. Prof Renzo Frandolič became a qualified solicitor after passing a qualifying exam at the Court of Appeal in Trieste in 1996.

Prof. Renzo Frandolič started his aolicitor's carrier working as a defence counsel at prof. Alealdo Ginaldi's legal practice in Monfalcone, F.lli Rosselli Street n. 31 wich was under the bar of Gorizia. During his legal training he was teaching law subjects and political economy at "S. Gregorčič" educational grammar school and at "žiga Zois" technical commercial school in Gorizia as a qualified teacher of law subjects and economics at secondary schools with slovene as a teaching language.
Mr. Renzo Frandolič is presently teaching law subjects and economics as a qualified teacher at "S. Gregorčič" educational grammar school in Trieste.
Mr. Renzo Frandolič was working as a solicitor's clerk at prof. Alealdo Ginaldi's legal practice in civil, penal, administrative, taxation, commercial, and other matters.
In 1994/1995 he collaborated with Mr. Peter Močnik's legal practice in Trieste.
After becoming a qualified solicitor on november 17, 1996, he opened his legal practice in Trieste, in XXX Ottobre Street n. 13 and joined the bar of Trieste in december 1996.
The office in XXX ottobre street n. 13 in Trieste has an important tradition that goes more than one hundred years back when it accomodated a number of solicitors, members of italian parliament and councillors of the Italian region Friuli Venezia-Giulia whose mother tounge was slovene such as Ribar Otokar, Vilfan Jože, Tončič Franc, Štoka Drago and Škerk Jože.

Due to Mr. Renzo Frandolič's interdisciplinary experience in civil, penal, administrative, taxation and commercial matters, the legal practice deals with a number of lawsuits and other disputes in the above-mentioned matters. In particular, the legal practice deals with commercial debt-collecion collaborating with a number of companies and business enterprises of the slovene minority in Italy, as well as with the companies and business enterprises in Slovenia, Croatia, the Republic of Serbia and the republic of Montenegro.
The important characteristic of Mr. Renzo Frandolič's legal practice, from a historical, scientific, and cultural point of view is the study and drawing up of judical acts in the matter of constitutional protection of the slovene language in civil, penal, administrative and taxation matters. Mr. Renzo Frandolič has won many important decisions in the matter of the recognition of the slovene language in front of the civil service and legal authorities. Some of the important decisions of the court of cassation are cited in the following text: section 1, civil suit, n. 3284/01, 4468/01, 12591/01, Council Of State, Section VI, N. 5499/2001. The notes of the following decisions: Court Of Cassation, Civil Suit, Section I, March 7, 2001 N. 3284 and Court Of Cassation, Civil Suit, Section I, March 28 2001, N. 4468 were published in the monthly review "Thhe Council of State" (Il consiglio di Stato), n. 11 in november 2001 with the following title: "The Seal of Code and the Civil Procedure Code Concerning the languages of Minorities" (Il suggello della Cassazione sul Pareggiamento fra Codice Processuale Penale e quello Civile in Tema di Lingue Minoritarie); signed by the Prof. Daniele Bonamore.

In collaboration with the A.C.R.S. Jadro from Ronchi dei Legionari - Ronke, Mr. Renzo Frandolič partecipated by giving a paper at the first conference in 1991 entitled "The right to use the slovene language in front of the legal authorities and civil service." ("Il diritto all'uso della lingua slovena avanti l'autorità giudiziaria ed alla pubblica amministrazione") moreover, he organized the conferenze and collaboration in it's publishing.
In 2001 the second volume of "The right to use the slovene language in front of the legal authorities and civil service" was published, presented both in Gorizia and in Trieste. Mr. Renzo Frandolič took care of the publishing.
In the publication are number of decisions, documents and laws, curiculars in the matter of the constitutional protection of the slovene language in front of the civil service and legal authorities (Law 15.12.1999, N. 482 "Norms in the matter of the protection of the language and historical minorities"; a draft bill, now the law of state "Norms of the protection of the slovene language minority of the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region", law 23.2.2001, n.38).
